Tonight, I’m having my theater troupe for a rehearsal at home. I improvised a quiche with mushrooms and goat cheese. Here is the recipe!
My shopping list
- 1 puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 200ml rice cream
- 10 button mushrooms
- 1 log of goat cheese
- Grated cheese
- Oregano, garlic powder, pepper, salt
We’re going to the kitchen!
Rinse and cut the mushrooms into strips. Fry them in a very hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the mixture: 4 eggs, rice cream, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper, according to your tastes. Mix well.
In a pie dish, roll out the puff pastry.
Place the mushrooms, the goat cheese cut into slices and pour the mixture.
Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
